We may be a good fit if you are someone who.....
-
Feels deeply but often feels misunderstood, unseen, or like you have to hide parts of yourself to belong
-
Has spent years adapting, people pleasing, or prioritizing others while disconnecting from your own needs and inner voice
-
Is exhausted from trying to “fix” yourself and longs to feel whole and at home within yourself
-
Knows you want something different but feels stuck in patterns that are difficult to shift
-
Wants to reconnect with your voice, your values, and create a fuller, more authentic life
Hi, I am Jaclyn Pfingsten, LCSW

I support women navigating anxiety, disordered eating, body image struggles, and the emotional shifts that come with motherhood and major life transitions.
Many of the women I work with are used to pushing through, holding it together, and minimizing their own needs. They may find themselves stuck in cycles of overthinking, perfectionism, people pleasing, or feeling like their emotions and needs are “too much.”
Together, we explore the patterns that once helped you cope and begin creating a deeper sense of self-trust, safety, and connection with yourself. My approach is trauma-informed and relational, integrating EMDR, parts work, and somatic therapy to help you move beyond simply managing symptoms and toward feeling more present, grounded, and free.
Therapy for when controlling, ruminating, and planning to keep everything “safe” is taking up so much space that there’s little left for actually living
